This character is a recruiter for the king. He’s trying to find Elanien washouts and recruit them to go to the battlefields out west. He’s a typical military commander, if not a bit alien. He is originally from a portal, and believes people from portals need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps or strap on a weapon to protect the kingdom. He has come to Riverrise specifically to recruit people since there are many impoverished residents.
