NPCRiverriseQuest

This character was from a dimension where everyone else was seemingly musically gifted but him. His only talent was science, which he used to construct a machine that would send him to another world - Kwalat. This character came to purchase a guitar from Bart Blaine, and was promised it would make him an expert without any practice. Unfortunately, he has discovered it is impossible to stop playing the guitar once you start because it is cursed. He can only sing, not speak, but he has come to perform for his refund from Bart.
