Con Ammo Hemorrhage

On-hit: Basic attacks apply Haemorrhage for 3 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.
Each stack of Haemorrhage causes the target to suffer 2% MoveSpeed and 2% AttackSpeed loss.

When you hit a target already at 6 stacks of Haemorrhage or upon stacks expiration, instead you tear the wound open, applying Ruptured Wound for 5 seconds, which causes major Bleed dealing 250 = [(50) + (20%)AttackPowerBase for each stack of Haemorrhage applied] physical damage each second.

The target’s current MoveSpeed and AttackSpeed penalties are doubled and you gain 10% Vamp against that target while they remain affected by Ruptured Wound.
