The Warlock launches a magical chain in a direction. This creates a tether between them and either an enemy or an ally, lasting for 10 seconds. If the distance between the Warlock and the target exceeds 8 metres, the tether breaks. The Warlock can still perform basic attacks and use other abilities.

The tether with an enemy deals magic damage over time, with damage increasing as time passes.

When tethered to an ally, the Warlock sacrifices a portion of their health while also healing the ally. Healing increases over time.
