Chance Universal On-hit: Your basic attacks and abilities have a 1% = [1-5%]1-5% chance to inflict Wither Hex on the target for 5 seconds. Wither Hex deals magic damage each second equal to 1% of the target’s maximum HPBonus.
Upon damaging, it attempts to spread to other enemies within 4 metres, applying Wither Hex to them as well for the full duration.
It can spread only once.
