Alex "Hooty" Howitzer is a local legend where he's from and often tells his stories to people who pass by the roadblock. Going by the callsign 'Hooty', he once fell behind enemy lines in a battle against a horde of imps. While his friends were bravely fighting, Hooty realised he had a moment to take out almost every imp with a single rocket launcher blast, and selflessly blew the area up with himself still inside. Miraculously, he lived, as did his team and he now stands guard outside Riverrise with his good friend Colt "Muffinman" McCrady.
