NPCRiverriseQuest

This character is an international Quaddari detective trailing the Viper Girls undercover as a shopkeep. She doesn't really know what any of the stuff she's selling is, and the food she makes is pretty bad, but she'll trade it for intel. She was born in Quaddari, and when the Viper Girls managed to rob her department she lost her job. Now she's working as a rogue agent to bring them down based on her personal vendetta.
