This character is the mayor's personal guard. Ironically, he has never actually met the mayor - he only knows about him secondhand. After seeing one of the other guards die recently, he is starting to question whether the mayor is even real. He thinks there may be a conspiracy all the way to the top of Riverrise. While investigating, he discovered a cursed sword - one that is now controlling him. The sword is pretending to be a regular human, and is trying to get permission to leave the city on a mission, he can disappear forever with the body it is possessing.
