On-hit: Imbues attacks with ice. Hits inflict a chilling effect that slows enemies by 6%, stacking up to 10 times, and deal 30 = [20 + (30%)SpellPower] magic damage.

At 10 stacks, the target is Frozen for 5 seconds, applying a Hypothermia effect for 30 seconds. While Frozen, the target takes double damage from an ammo. Targets under the effect of Hypothermia cannot be Frozen.

If the target is immune to the Freeze effect, they take 126 = [90 + (120%)SpellPower] magic damage instead.
