Powerful throw

Ironclad throws the target closest to it at the specified point, which deals physical damage to all enemies in the landing zone, including the original target, but does not damage allies. All enemies in the zone are stunned. Allies in this zone receive a buff on attack speed and casting speed, while opponents get a buff on running speed, attack speed, and casting speed.
