Emergency Evacuation Protocol

Special painkillers with an embedded bio-programme for emergency evacuation. When used at less than 30% HP, they grant a 100% MoveSpeed buff for 3 seconds. During the Emergency Evacuation Protocol, the player is immune to all forms of crowd control. The protocol can activate only once every 3 minutes.
