If the player's HP drops below 30% after taking damage, a magical surge occurs, dealing × magical damage = [15-150(×) + (150%)SpellPower] to all enemies within a 6 metre radius. The magical surge also knocks enemies back by 10 metres and applies a 50% slow for 3 seconds. The base damage increases with the player's level. Cooldown: × minutes.
