Kill an Alpha Wolf for their brain. Head to Zugg’s to use the cloning machine. Then, head to the farm to the southeast near Energizer-21 and clean them up in the tub. Lastly, search for a skeleton in Suncrest Fields off the fork in the road to the southeast outside of town.
