This is a very drunk talking dog. He isn't sure he's always been a dog - some drifter ("Zeek" Solomon) may have turned him into a dog on a drunken dare. He just wants to finish smoking his cigarettes and figure it out later. When you tell him he's a dog, he's shocked, and wonders if any of the Viper girls would still go for him.
