With every ricochet, the damage dealt to enemies increases, and the healing effect on allies decreases. The Blast Medic will need some time to use the ability. It can be cast while the Blast Medic is moving.

With every ricochet, the damage dealt to enemies increases by Value unavailable, and the healing effect to allies decreases by Value unavailable. If the ability is used on an enemy and does not ricochet, its Cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds, and 50% of the Mana spent is restored. The Blast Medic will need some time to use the ability.

Mana cost is increased by 10% of your Spell Power or Heal and Shield Power, depending on the selected target.
