Venomous Infusion

The Ranger coats the arrow with poison over 1.5 seconds (shift E). They can cast it while moving. After the arrow is coated, the Ranger can release the arrow in the desired direction within 3 seconds. The poison arrow deals Value unavailable = [120% Attack Power] physical damage and applies a poison effect to the target it hits, dealing Value unavailable = [(Value unavailable) + 70% Spell Power] magic damage over time for 3 seconds. If the poison arrow hits an acid net, the effect of the acid net is doubled. If the poison arrow hits an acid cloud, the effect and duration of the acid cloud are doubled.

Mana cost is increased by 10% of your Spell Power.
