This is police-tron, a robot from a world that was under complete martial law. When that world managed to open a portal to Kwalat, it was sent through to spread their view on peace and democracy. Unfortunately, it has no way to get home, no way to call for backup, and no way to enact peace. It is having an existential crisis as a result.
