Surge of Speed

If the character takes damage exceeding 20% of their maximum Health within 3 seconds, their Attack Speed increases by [20% / 24% / 28% / 32% / 40%] for 10 seconds. At talent level 5, it also disables the attack speed cap restriction, allowing you to exceed it while active.
