Nature's Rebirth

Plants a seed in the ground, which explodes after 3 seconds. If a character is nearby, they take from Value unavailable to Value unavailable magic damage depending on the number of targets and the explosion has a 50% Magic Penetration. If no one is nearby, the blast radius expands to the entire arena and the damage increases up to Value unavailable magic damage.
