Signal in the Sands

This is Colt. Do you read me?

Listen up, we're in a tight spot. That's... really the only reason I'm trusting you with this.

I see. Not everyone is cut out for this.

I'll put in a word with leadership for you.

Busted, huh? Guess we know what caused the entire thing to short circuit.

Some towers might be damaged. Report in to me if so.

Time is against us. The fate of our people may rest on your shoulders.

Glad to have you on board. We re counting on you.

Excellent. Every minute counts. Be swift and stay alert.

I knew I could rely on you. Good luck out there.

Understood. I'll have to find someone else.

Very well. Stay safe behind these walls.

Hey there, did you manage to get the towers running?

Outstanding work! The signal just came through.

There s one northwest outside the Great Bones Village. Another straight north by the cemetery and finally northeast up the road past the slums!

I've already sent the distress call to the King. Help is on the way.

You've done us all a great service. Here's your reward, as promised.

The enemy's pressing in, and our defenses won't hold forever.

Look around for the parts you need to repair it. Might be on a dead soldier or something

There's an old transmission system out in the desert, lost during a fierce battle. If we can get it operational, we can call for reinforcements from the King.

I need you to head to the desert frontline and reactivate the three transmission towers.
