Bart Blaine

This vendor sells a variety of old antiques, but he doesn't take money - instead, he makes cursed deals with a twist. Many of these are comical - for instance, a guitar that requires no training to play, but you can never stop. He's been doing this for many years, and never gotten a complaint (because most of his customers are physically unable to complain) until today. He is very mysterious, and it is unknown whether he came from Kwalat, or is a force from another world. Other characters, like Pappy Rick, Alexander Stones, Velvet Viper, and Mary Jane Greenpuff, have shopped at his store before.
