Slick Shady

NPCQuestRiverrise

This is Slick Shady - an extremely cool action hero who has been in movies. He is originally from Quaddari, and moved out to Elan to try to take advantage of the locals and show off his cool technology and wealth. While he often plays at being a cowboy, he is moreso a coward - he becomes comically afraid when confronted and tries to hide behind other people.
