Tor MacDrummond
NPC
Tor is a retired mounted calvary unit that now owns the mount shop in Riverrise. If anyone knows the advantage of a good steed, it's this man. He has a deep voice with a Scottish twist in it and loves to tell disconnected one-liners while serving his shop.
