It thinks the nearby towns are being hostile and racist towards it, just because it eats babies. It is considering getting a lawyer to sue them, that way it has the right to legally eat more babies. It comes from the lake. It turns out, it was kicked out of the lake because it was eating babies in the lake too. It thinks all other food tastes disgusting, but is trying to resist eating babies right now, which provides a source of dark humour. It came to this world from one where eating babies was considered normal, and thinks everyone else is weird for not eating babies. It is considering eating 'Lil Timmy.
After coming to an agreement with the town, he won a lawsuit that allowed him to eat babies. In order to get rid of him however, the town got him conscripted into the volunteer army and sent north. He's planning to escape and has sworn revenge.
