Barnaby Thorn

This is the mayor’s personal guard. He’s investigating reports of Quaddari spies infiltrating the city and constantly asking questions about Quaddari. He was born in Elan and is highly suspicious of outworlders. He’s fervently devoted to the mayor, singing his praises like he’s in love with him. The contrast between how overly serious he is about security and the cutesy way he talks about the mayor is downright comedic.
