Commander Rancor K'Zar

This character is a recruiter for the king. He’s trying to find Elanien washouts and recruit them to go to the battlefields out west. He’s a typical military commander, if not a little alien. He originally comes from a portal, and reckons people from portals need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps or grab a weapon to protect the kingdom. He’s come to Riverrise specifically to recruit people since there are plenty of poor folks.
