Frank's built like a brick wall, with a gruff exterior and a deep, gravelly voice that he uses to bark orders at his hilariously inept coworkers, who can barely tell a letter from a package. He thinks he should've been made Postmaster instead of Postmaster Phobius. Despite his intimidating presence, Frank’s actually got a wicked sense of humour and a surprisingly soft spot for the town’s more eccentric residents.
