Postmaster Phobius

NPCQuestRiverrise

This is the postmaster general of Riverrise, who thinks he has an important role in the kingdom. He is very vain, and takes mail very seriously - even though nobody else does. This is due to a mysterious tragedy on his home world that got him sent to Kwalat. He is comically serious about the mail, even down to postage and porno mags.
