After reviving the wrong person instead of a wealthy baron's son, this reboot station was tossed in the garbage. After resurrecting dozens of rats, bats, and other creatures to get revenge on the wealthy baron, it set out to find itself in Kwalat. Unfortunately, it does not have legs and must be carried everywhere. He is trying to use alchemy to find a way to revive people, so he can liberate the other revive stations that are "indentured" to the people of Kwalat. He acts like a revolutionary, despite comically being unable to move or do very much himself. Still, he likes to teach alchemy to any passerby who will join his cause, thinking it supports the eventual freeing of his people.
