This is Rogers Matthew, who reckons this little place is his. He's from another dimension with a few odd traits. He recently bought this house from a dodgy con artist, who also flogged it off to another bloke with the exact same name. Rogers Matthew is ropable and wants to knock off the other Roger Matthews to prove he owns the joint. Terrance, the local guard, is trying to sort out their dispute, but this Rogers is absolutely furious. His short fuse makes him a real danger, and he hints at some over-the-top dangerous history.
