After seeing too many Elanien specials on TV, this consumer has become obsessed with buying things. He buys food, toys, merchandise, and more that he doesn't need or have any space for. He is an ultra-parody of consumerism. He recently sold his house to buy more collectible figures, not thinking through the fact he'd have nowhere to put them after.
