This old man is on his first day as a postman. He's never managed to keep a job more than one day, because he is abrasive and rude. It is immediately obvious why he is constantly fired by talking to him. It is a bit comedic, although he can be startling. Currently, he's working at the post office and reading people's mail before he gives it to them.
