Velvet Viper

This character is the leader of the strippers around town, all of whom are dressed similarly and wear masks. She encourages you to interact with her girls. They are secretly running a crime ring and stealing from customers, often even killing them. They are currently (and secretly) planning to seduce and perform a heist on the mayor. When she meets the player, she wonders if they are looking for work.
