This is the replacement lead singer of the band "The Fuck Bandits". The real lead singer, Cherry Mobius, actually died on the way to the concert. Fortunately he wore an iconic mask, so he wasn't hard to replace. The body double is supposed to just lip sync, but freaks out the second he's confronted.
