Foggy Slums

Blanketed in a perpetual haze, the Foggy Slums are a decaying stretch of tenements and broken concrete, where the dead don’t rest. The Scrags are driven by forgotten hunger, shuffle through alleys, and lurch from shadow to shadow. Squatters and drifters use the ruins as a pass-through, careful not to linger too long or make too much noise. Faint lights still flicker in the buildings, powered by wires that no one knows are still on. Some say the electricity comes from beneath the slums. Others say it's the Scrags themselves.
