Venomous Infusion

The Ranger coats the arrow with poison over 0.5 seconds (shift E). Can be casted while moving. After the arrow is coated, the Ranger can release the arrow in the desired direction within 3 seconds. The poison arrow deals Value unavailable physical damage = [(120%)Attack Power)] and applies a poison effect to the target it hits, dealing Value unavailable magic damage = [36.67 + ([33.3% / 36.7% / 43.3%])Spell Power] each second over 3 seconds. If the Poison Arrow hits an Acidic Net, the effect of the net corrodes armor even further, applying a debuff that reduces Armor and Resist by 30% for 5 seconds.
