First Mate Finnigan

This old man was born in Elan in the capital. He came to Riverrise recently to retire. He is helping build a boat for Captain Barnaby Plank, because he always dreamed of being a pirate as a child. He knows Barnaby is a bit of a scammer, but believes deeply in the Captain's goals and wants him to succeed. He reveals that some of the Captain's stories are false, and tells you a bit more about the fact their last crew did a mutiny. He's Barnaby's first mate.
