This vendor teaches weaponsmithing. He is very proud of his craft, and is constantly pushing to make comically over the top weapons. He tests them on Boom-Boom McGee, a man in a protective suit who has clearly taken a few too many bumps to the head. Despite this, he claims to deeply love his employees (despite not offering health insurance) and is always quick with jokes and zingers. He is from another world that was destroyed by an apocalyptic, eldritch force, and is the sole survivor. Part of why he builds so many weapons is in case that force comes to Kwalat. He hides this deep backstory under bluster and bravado, however.
