Plan a crafting chain

Crafting planner with an Uncommon Amazon Bow chosen and its recipe of five Common Amazon Bows

Start from the item you want, including its quality and upgrade. If several recipes make it, pick the one you mean to use. Direct ingredients are what that recipe consumes. When one of those ingredients is itself crafted, the planner keeps going and builds one ledger for the whole chain.

Acquire stops that chain. You are saying you will get the item another way, so its ingredients leave the list. A loop stays unresolved until you Acquire one item in it. The planner does not treat the loop as free materials.

  1. Search for the bow and choose the Uncommon result at upgrade 0.
  2. Keep its recipe. The direct requirement is the Common bow.
  3. Leave the Common bow on its recipe to open the full material list.
  4. Switch the Common bow to Acquire. The raw materials leave, and the Common bows become the shortage.
  5. Enter an on-hand count. That stack is subtracted once.
  6. Raise the goal quantity. Shortages grow with it before each recipe is rounded into batches.
  7. Copy the link to share the goals and recipe choices. On-hand counts stay in this browser.
  8. Save the plan on your account to reopen those goals. The save does not replace a plan you already kept, and it does not publish the plan.

One Uncommon bow

One Uncommon Amazon Bow asks for 5 Common Amazon Bow directly. Leave that bow on its recipe and the list below is what you still have to obtain. The number is the shortage.

Choose Acquire for the Common Amazon Bow and those raw materials drop out. You then still need 5 Common Amazon Bow.

Mark 4 Iron Ingot as already on hand and that shortage falls from 10 to 6. The same stack is not spent again.

Raise the goal from 1 to 2 and every shortage doubles. A shared link keeps the goal and the recipe choice. On-hand counts stay in this browser.
